Important Information

Hi Ladies

just wanted to pop by and answer a few questions that have been asked of me the last few days

what to bring:
most important your scrap supplies and lots of photos :)
you will need to bring your cutting mat to help us protect the tables
lots of gold coins to enter our competitions and buy our raffle tickets :)

meals:
the club has a yummy bistro and the staff are super organised. They will be planning our lunch breaks in 4 sittings, 12 noon, 12.30pm, 1pm and 1.30pm. This helps avoid any delays with lunch and doesn't take you away from precious scrapping time for too long. Dinner will run in a similar fashion.
As the club has a bistro you are unable to bring in your own meals and with it being a club you can not bring any of your own drinks. You can bring munchies such as lollies etc
we will be supplying a morning tea for everyone

voting:
yep that's right we all have to vote on the crop day.....PLEASE DO NOT FORGET. if you are unable to vote before arriving at the crop there is a polling booth just 5 minutes walk from the club.

classes:
there are still a few places left in each of the classes (can see sneak peaks in below posts) please email me on newcastlefundraiser@hotmail.com if you would like to book your place. We are limited to just 18 ladies per class. Kits will also be available from the shop on the day.
the classes will run for 2 hours each. Marion's class from 11am-1pm and Jen's class from 2.30pm-4.30pm

what should I wear:
something comfortable!!!!!! in the past we have had a colour theme for the day and this year we have decided to go with BLUE, WHITE, GREY AND RED. now you do not have to wear all these colours or even any of these colours but we just might have a prize for the best dressed.
A lot of you will be seeing many new faces on the day and hopefully making lots of new friends, so why not make a name tag to make it easier to remember all your new friends names? we just might have a prize for the best name tag.

I will be back very soon with some important information about competitions on the day and show you some of the donations that have started to arrive.
but before i do go here are a few photos from last year

a total of 3

Hi Ladies

I am back with a sneak peek of the 3 Layouts you will be creating if you take part in Jen's class.....thats right i said 3 Layouts.

the papers are just amazing and I have already ordered my kit (since i will be to busy on the day to attend the class) While Jen has used photos of her beautiful girls I am sure you could adapt at least 2 of the layouts to suit a photo of the boys in your life.
So do not miss out, email me now if you want to book your place. Remember numbers are limited for the classes and we can only take 18 ladies into each class.
I will be back soon with some very exciting news and some very important information for the day
