The Reason Why

Hunter River Community School is a Special Needs School for children ranging from Kindergarten to Year 12 with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. Many students also have secondary disabilities including physical disability, sensory impairment, autism and conduct disorders.

Students are not only from the Maitland Region, but also the regions of Port Stephens, Singleton and Cessnock.

OMG! isn't he just the most gorgeous & handsome little boy.This is my friend Reginas lovely little boy & I am looking forward to participating as a teacher at this fundraiser. I myself have a grandson diagnosed with Mild Autism & Global Delayed Development & i know the importance of the needs of these very special children.
