BIG NEWS
As many of you remember from last year we held 2 classes taught by the very talented Marion Werren and Jen Hall, well this year both of these ladies will be donating their time and talent again to teach a class each. As the classes last year were so popular we have added a 3rd class this year and it will be taught by the amazing Janine Kaye.
So here is the deal, class numbers are limited to just 18 per class, they will cost $10 each per person, with the whole $10 going directly to MD.
At this stage we are uncertain about what classes these amazing ladies will be teaching as they all still have their thinking caps on trying to come up with some amazing ideas to teach you. I will post more information as it comes to me.
There will be kits available for all classes and a % of the sales from these kits will be donated to MD (thanks Sasha @ shopandcrop.com.au)
Bookings are open now and remember numbers are strickly limited, email me if you wish to book a place. Payment will be needed to secure your place.
Check out the links in my side bar if you would like to see some of these ladies amazing creations on their blogs.
Back soon to update you all on what is happening with prize donations

Update
just stopping by to give you all a bit of an update as to how things are going with the planning of the fundraiser.
I have been busily emailing online scrapbooking stores and asking very nicely if they can make a donation to help with our raffles and so far I have received gift vouchers from: www.scrapneeds.com.au - Scrap Needs is also a store front in Cardiff so if you live local pop in and say Hi to Julie and Emma. Other prizes are magazine subscriptions to Scrapbooking Memories and a paper pack from www.bluebazaar.com.au. I have had another 5 stores pledge donations and as soon as they arrive I will post details here on the blog.
Also I have had pledges for handmade gifts from Kim Archer, Janelle Wind, Janine Kaye and Suz Doyle (links in my side bar)...thank you ladies for your support
I have had my interview with Get Creative magazine and that should be out in newsagents June/July.
Bookings are going through the roof, so get in quick if you have not already done so.
Well that's it for tonight, i do have some big news coming soon

Why?
A lot of people have been asking me why I choose MD as my charity for the scrapbooking day...well the answer to that is very easy. These ladies are the reason why. These ladies either have MD or have a child with MD, they have all shared their stories with me, some funny and most very touching. It is their stories that inspire me to do as much as I can to support MD. I got to met all these ladies through my friend Lisa (sitting on the end @ the right of the photo) who has MD, the ladies all come together every 3 months at Ladies Group, it gives them all a chance to catch up, share stories and do what ladies do best....chat and eat cake! thanks for welcoming me with open arms ladies.
My inbox is starting to fill up with online stores wanting to help out with donations and the donations should start arriving on my doorstep any day now. As prizes come in I will take sneak peak photos to tease you and keep you waiting in suspense for big day...hehe
Thanks to everyone who has booked in already for the scrap day, the response has been overwhelming. I do not have many spots left so tell all your friends to get in quick if they thinking of coming along.
I will be back to announce some BIG news in a few days
enjoy the rest of your week
